Shipping, Returns, and Store Credit Policy

All Fine Line & Whiskey merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printful. Because of this, production and fulfillment times may vary slightly depending on demand.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipping

  • We offer flat rate shipping on all orders

  • Delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

Returns & Store Credit

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges.

However, we do offer store credit under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

Approved requests will be issued as store credit to be used on a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

We will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing your order

  • Once production has started, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
